How to have your personal data removed from Creator Corner.
You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your Creator Corner account at any time. We honour deletion requests for accounts created with Google or Facebook sign-in as well as data collected during checkout.
How to request deletion
- Email us at thixpin@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line “Data deletion request” so we can process it quickly.
- We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, then confirm by email once it is done.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in identifiers (Google / Facebook).
- Your name, email, contact phone, and delivery address.
- Uploaded payment screenshots.
We may retain a minimal record of completed transactions where required for accounting, tax, or legal obligations. Such records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
